the sensor at the Throttle body is the Throttle position sensor.. if that is off from where it should be, it could cause no end of drivability problems.. especially if the car thinks you are at one throttle setting when you are at a vastly different one.

ok i took my car out last week and its still giving me the same problems
1. Doesnt always crank over right away when you start it.
2. Bad gas mileage 20 dollars gives me 100km
and this is canada so 1 litre is about 92 cents
Please help im going to try to take it to the dealer again but last couple times i did i spent 700 dollars and still i got the same problems.

buy yourself a $20 multi-meter and do some basic testing yourself.
Check TPS for proper operation, check IAT sensor, MAF sensor and check the resistance across the coil packs and each individual plug wire. Also check both Coolant Temp senders.
If you're worried about investing the $20 in a multi meter. Here's the quick and dirty test. Take your car out and warm it up. Once it's 100% warm, park it somewhere safe, pop the hood, remove the negative battery cable. Wait 30 seconds. Then reconnect it. IMMEDATELY go for a spirited drive.
Does it bog? If so, the problem is a primary sensor giving your ECU data to overfuel, causing the bog. Possibilities, MAF, TPS, #1 02 Sensor and IAT.
If it DOESN'T BOG right away, but the "bog" develops over time, it's one of the secondary sensors. Engine Coolant Temp sender, or Intake Air Temp sender that's not installed in the air-Path of the incoming air (just hanging in your engine bay). Also check coil packs, plug wires and plugs.
All of the proper sensor values/ranges are available off HMA SERVICE.com

if it was the 1st 02 sensor wouldt the check engine light come on?

In most cases yes, but you never know. Just buy a multimeter like Random said and check all the main and secondary sensors that he listed. HMAService.com has all the proper values that each one should be. That should end your problem. Do that and then come back to us if that doesn't solve it (95% of the time that will find the problem).

alrite shall do that, how about doing the big 3 wire upgrade ?

ill give you an example of my starting problm
this morning before school (8am) the car started fine once i was done classes around 2pm i go 2 start it it takes a while b4 it finally cranks over. i drive over to the bank about 20 mins turn it off and start it again it starts fine.
so there has to be some sort of interfearence maybe a wire is touching a nother or something like that. so i was thinking to do the "3 big wire upgrade"
