I think the problem is in clutch.
100 km of hard running could kill clutch disk or there could be oil.
check clutch.

just a hunch did you install the 1st o2 sensor in the 1st hole?
the 1st one determines the a/f ratio
the 1st one determines the a/f ratio
i put all the o2 sensors the way they were in the factory header

so i hope that when your in gear and you press the gas, your car is moving a little bit, while your car is bogging. or is your car not moving at all and you can get up to 3-4k rpm while in gear??
other wise this is definately an air/fuel/ignition problem.
i hope you have a clean air filter, double check plugs, wires, hoses, coilpack, sensors. any other problems?? fluid leaks?? hit anything lately? go above redline?
how long ago did you install the header, and how long after did the car start acting like this??

it moves while in gear just the responce is shitty u hit the gas in first then it goes but not 2 its full potential if that makes sence

I think I read that you replaced your MAF sensor when yours blew, is that right? If so then I think this is your problem. Also, check direction of the sensor.
mah bad i didnt get maf sensor, what was changed it is the sensor that is on/around the throttle body.
and yes the maf is pointing the right way arrow towards the throttle body

the sensor at the Throttle body is the Throttle position sensor.. if that is off from where it should be, it could cause no end of drivability problems.. especially if the car thinks you are at one throttle setting when you are at a vastly different one.
Did you replace it, or did somebody else do it for you?
