the canister purge valve is located in the engine compartement
driver side,in line with the fuse box,resting on the ''frame rail'', near the metal tubing part of the clutch line
it' a 5 minute job to change it

YES!!
OK I replaced the Purge Control Syloniod, and no more check engine light
But for some reason it seems i cannot fill my gas tank all the way, it will go to half and the pump will stop
either the gauge is a liar, or there is something else wrong, any sugestions on where to go from here, I'm somewhat lost

Hmm, I'd try a new thread with the new problem, more folks will look at it bro.
Getting to the fuel tank/pump/sending unit is EASY. Just yank up on the bottom front edge of the rear seat bottom, then pull the carpet out of the way and remove the access cover. It's all right there.
You could start by running the car till it's out of gas, and see how long the needle has been on empty before that. Has the low gas lite ever come on?
