The SSAutochrome headers are actually part 1 of a 2 part kit -
headers + cat + midpipe + backbox. Those who just buy the headers will find an 8" gap where the cat goes. There is a 2nd sensor after the cat (in the UK we blank it off) The supplied cat is VERY VERY loud - be warned.
One of our guys is fitting a 4 x 4 cat I think.

Does the stock cat fit into the gap then, I've saved my stock cat just in case - that test pipe cant be street legal at that volume?
We have cats in the uk, but only 1 x O2 sensor , before the cat only, the secong bung gets blanked of with the blank supplied with the kit

After you put the stock cat back in, did it still have a throaty, sporty sound, louder than stock?
