*ok, they don't have hyundai ones, just universal without any plugs. i'm going to have to try the dealership but i'm 99% positive they don't have O2 sensors there. i know for a fact they don't.

Rear O2 without DTC completed reads 0%, .03%, 0%, .07%, .005%, 0%, .015%, .045%, 0%

Front O2 without DTC completed reads 0%, .7%, .8%, .7%, .06%, .05%, .08%, .07%

i'm pretty much stuck. you know what, i'm just going to give my car. i'm wasting your time and my time because of my stupid mistake. sad.gif

So the great o2 sensor wire debate/problem is solved?

I think i remember seeing the plug pin outs on webtech before they updated. I remember you saying you saw them before and thats where i think it was.

i'm almost 80% on this now with your and DTN's help. i've got all of the wires figured out and it looks like DTN was correct. i also looked back and caught Jay-M's post that the pin numbers were reverse. they basically decided the male plugs were actually female plugs.

so as sooooon as it stops raining, all i've got to do is switch the red/white and yellow/green connection on the upstream sensor and that's that.

i've already drawn up a wiring diagram and went over double checking it. hope this works! if the light still comes on, then the LAST thing left to do is switch the 2 white sensor wires on downstream. and THAT'S THAT.

i have a confusing question.

what's different after i swapped the 2 white wires, the P0137 lamp did not automatically turn on for the sensor like it normally did when it was wired wrong.

I went for a long drive that lasted 1 hour. All DTC (Drive Test Cycle) completed except for evaporation which is normal and it's passed before anyways so I know it will pass. There's a little section in the OBD scan software that says "Pending DTC", and it gives all three codes (P1613 from auto-manual swap, P0137, and P05?? speed sensor no signal).

Why would it give P0137 as pending when all DTC's are completed?

DONE DEAL. I will make a wiring diagram and fit it into the first post. Thank you Bullfrog and DTN.

*Update* The codes came back and I'm officially f*cked. I'm 98% positive I did this correcty. My extended emission is due in 7 days. The codes are:

P0133 -Oxygen Sensor Circuit Slow Response (Bank1, Sensor1)
P0136 - Oxygen O2 Sensor Circuit Low Voltage (Bank 1, Sensor 2)
P0137 - Oxygen O2 circuit low voltage (bank 1 sensor 2)

So yeah everything I touch becomes a problem. So don't touch me.

I took a look at this... Usually the rear o2 sensor takes longer to warm up because it's farther away from the exhaust port. those readings don't make sence. The front o2 sensor should be swinging from 0 to .9V at least. it does this every 1-2 secconds. The rear, while it's warming up, should start wavering and then eventually bouncing, then start swinging after about 5 minutes of running the car.

That front o2 sensor looks like a rear o2 sensor value durring warmup. If that is a front o2 sensor value, then I'm sure you have a bad sensor.
