Default new fuel system

I have a 2001 tib auto. I want to upgrade the fuel system on it. I was thinking about a new in-tank fuel pump, fuel lines, fuel pressure regulator, and bigger injectors. The only performance mod I have right now is a cone filter. What kind of gains can I expect from this and how many 1/10s can I expect on the track?

NOne.
Just because you can send more fuel doesnot mean the car needs it.
Stock the fuel system can take like 5-6PSI of boost as is.

Unless your going N2O I would spend the money elsewhere.

Maby bore out the IM and get a BBTB.
Possibly some head work or a CatBack.
Save up and go Turbo..

Anyway my .02$
Peace

fuel system is one of the last things you need to mod. Technically you should be good till 180+-hp,
right now your doing 112-116hp with a auto tranny. If you get a NOS setup above 55hp shot, then you need a new fuel pump. But injectors or bigger fuel lines and regulators only come when your doing crazy boost like red, random and onpol OH MY! smile.gif

Save the money you'd spend on that and get in on the BIM/BBTB groupbuy going on and then do headers/exhaust or cams or something.
