I Took apart my TB around a month ago to get it bored. Now I was about to put it back together and I forget how the damn thing goes together. It's a cruise TB. I tried looking on webtech and found nothing on putting an TB back together.

Anyone care to help? hail.gif

What do you mean back together. How did you take it apart? Did you take the pulley, butterfly and rod out too?

Yes I did.

I appologize for the DP but I'm sitting here with a TB all pulled apart with no idea how to put it back together and I need my car this weekend 02.gif.

I should of remembered but no one here knows how to put them back together or of a link of some sort?

Well, I figure it's only like 6 parts, try some combinations with the stuff in some places.

I mean there's only a few ways it can go.

I'd put the shaft in place, then place the butterfly valve and the screws for it. Then the spring and pulley. Don't have one sitting here to give you examples.

I took the pulleys apart once, it's not hard tongue.gif
Try looking at some pics of other ones, it shouldn't be that hard to put it back together..
Otherwise can you get pictures of all the pieces you have lying there, we could tell you what to do first. Otherwise there's really not much else to say...

I tried looking for a pic of the TB from the other side where the springs are. Found nothing .

Let me take a pic real quick and I'll number the pieces off and who ever wants to play the puzzle game I'll have no problem with smile.gif

EDIT

LOL, ok I lied..
Well, you know that 2, 10, and 11 go together, shouldn't be hard to figure out how to put the pulley back on if you have a working example (do you have another good one on your tib?)
Sorry I've got no clue.
The pictures and the numbers really help though, hopefully someone who's done it can help you out.
