Doubt any of ya really care, but me and my dad machined our own aluminum crank pulley for my tib today. Lot cheaper than buying one hehe, took a few hours but now that weve done that one we will do the rest alot easier later on.

How do i post pics man? And no i didnt have to change the belt, we made the pulley exactly the same almost except in aluminum and a few other changes to make it lighter.

1. create a photobucket account @ www.photobucket.com

2. upload said picture

3. they then give you a list of 3 links to copy/paste... copy and paste the 3rd link here. (the one that starts w/ "[img]")

Usually, after market UDP will be smaller in diameter and it will require to change the belt.

Making a pulley is not complicated at all. Just need the time/machine. Are you going to make a complete set or just the UDP?

Yea i didnt say it was hard just thought id show em, and yeah im gonna make all of them, just got the first one under my belt then ill get the rest. I didnt exactly know how much smaller they went either so i just made it a very small fracton smaller lol and just focused on making it way lighter. Figure its better than that heavy stock cast iron one anyways.
