MAF/ECU/TB/INJECTOR combo advice????
Hey guys, heading to the JY this weekend to snoop around (there's a local yard 10 mins from me that has a whole graveyard of hyundais ranging from accent x3 to LC, elantra and sonata's..)
Now... i was wondering..
do any LC accent, or elantra, or sonata throttlebodies fit the x3
do any MAF's from these cars plug & play with the x3? what about ecu's and injectors?
Im having a very hard time matching a new replacement air filter for my turbo setup.. because the maf housing is so damn tiny that im stuck using the beat up k&n filter with the small 2" opening..
i'd LIKE to run a 3" cone filter..
so all in all.. would it be wisest to match the corresponding TB with injectors, maf and possibly ECU?
any feedback would be awesome from the guru's.
on a sidenote.. if it makes a difference in advice and decision.. im sporting a 1.5L sohc boosted motor.
T25, 6-7psi, untuned, accent gt maf, accent gt TB, accent GT injectors. (x3 accent gt dohc)

I think most injectors will plug in, but unless you can reign them back when you're off boost and idling you won't be running very well with larger injectors.
The RD/RD2 ECU should plug in and run your car.
Beyond that I don't have any more useful input.

It's okay, because I was wrong anyways. They would run a DOHC Alpha or Beta in your car though. I'm way more use to dealing with the 1.6l and didn't even think about you having a SOHC.
RD is a 97-99 Tiburon, a RD2 is a 2000-2001 Tiburon.
