Well, keep in mind, as soon as I get that Fuel rail from Viper, I've got us a place to CNC us BBTB's and fuel rails.

Just waiting for it.

hmm i found a 68mm throttle body i can adapt and it doesnt look to hard to fit i just gotta find a flange its only like 100 bux... i wonder if that would be to big for the s/c though

hehe im tempted to start buying things now....must...control...self

im gonna go buy the s/c and intercooler today at 1 so i should be fine in carparts for like a day or so...

yeah i was thinkin that

i would have to buy some injector bosses and such plus make them fit exactly like the rd one anyways so why bother

i was thinkin of just tack welding the velocity stacks in place and get them flowed mess around witht he placement of the stacks until i find the best setup

well i talked my idea over with jason(the welder guy)

he likes the idea but there is a few problems we looked over the stock IM and the runners dont go straight into the plenum there is a few bends so that route is out of the question

were gonna try to get someone to make us a new flange so we can just make a entire brand new one lookin over a few sites gave us some ideas

anyone wanna make me a flange? cool.gif

I know this may sound like heresey to some.. but did you ever think of adapting a honda intake to the Beta? If you can get a nice aftermarket intake from the new K series Hondas.. (the s2000 one looks nice) and cut off the mount where the runners mate to the head and either adapt a honda TB or cut off the TB mount.. then just weld in the parts to make it compatable with our setup. Honda this year is also adopting the MAF format for emissions reasons.

i could do that

but the problem is that the IM on those cars face the opposite direction so the IM would be upside down
