Go to autozone and rent an o2 sensor remover tool.

Also, an easier way would be to unhook the o2 sensor plugs and leave them in the headers. Take the headers off, lay them on the ground, put a foot ontop of one, and then try to take the sensor out.

Trust me, I've removed me headers on several fun-filled occasions.

The one after the cat, if you take off your shifter plate, and look near the cables and a bit to the right you will see the plug for the 02 sensor that runs through the car and goes to the exhaust. Unplug it.

Unplug also the one right before the cat near the engine.

Remove your exhaust.

Once it's on the ground it's MUCH easier removing the 02 sensors, use some wd40 and a 22mm.

You gotta get a 22mm that has 1/4 of it's side cut out. That way you can slip it around the wiring and onto the bolt part of the o2. Air guna nd good to go. Otherwise, take piping out and remove o2 manually on the ground + WD40 if no air gun.

well i seem to have a lil rust problem. the oxygen sensor is damn well STUCK in that bung. Tried WD-40... Also the pipes are all rusted together. This is gonna be a b*tch!!

Am i gonna have to get the flamethrower and torch that sh1t off or does anyone else have suggestions?

Kemper where can i find that PB shizz locally? Advanced or Autozone sell this? Does it work like amazingly because that bolt doesn't even look like a bolt. no joke. i can prolly get pics of this later.

You probably will have to torch the bolts off. I recently had my Motoria exhaust installed and the shop had to melt off the bolts to take off the old system. After five Canadian winters they were rusted solid. I didn't install a header so I didn't have to worry about removing O2 sensors.

PB can be purchased at your locar auto stores. Spray couple days before installation, and spray for a few days in the row.

Good luck with it man!
