I think he's talking about IAC. Intake Air Controller. It's the little round thing behind your intake manifold. it connects to the elbow. It regulates idle speed.

If you were idling that low, you'd have a Check Engine Light. Your idle is normal if you do not have one. I assumed that because you did not mention a CEL. If you have a CEL get it scanned. It would tell us much more. The idle will look low because there is only 3/4 of the space between 0-1000, as 1000-2000.

Most likely, if you think your idle is actually running low, and you have no CEL, then you are probly just experiencing excessive vibration. that can be caused by a loose or worn engine mount.

My check engine light was on for awhile and i scanned it and it was something with the o2 sensor, but i would say 3 days ago it went off by itself. Idk. So would I be able to clean my TPS, MAF, and IAC or do i have to replace them? How would i go about cleaning them if i can?

ya if its messed up at all some good brake cleaner should do it. check the connector to.

Check and listen for any vacuum leaks also. That could be causing your issue

Hit it with silicone lube afterwards to ensure it slides smoothly.

alrighty. I am set with the MAF and IAC cleaning, but what about the TPS? I know it was mentioned, so what should I do about that?

You could just use a meter to check it since Im sure you dont have a spare to try. Specs are on Webtech

If you know someone with OBD-II diagnostics, you can use their datalink to find out if your TPS jumps. A standard code reader will not work. Some auto parts stores have the nice ones which read real-time data. Or you could buy one of Jay-M's Gizmos models which do more then just read codes.

BTW.. do not hit the MAF with brake cleaner, it will probly destroy it. I'm not for sure on that, but it's a much better idea to buy some MAF or Electronics cleaner
