Maybe is the head gasket or a broken piston... I heard a clicking sound and then the engine shut down. Tomorrow i'll see what really happened.

w/e the case u need to explain better, lol

It was my mistake because my additional injector controller isn't working properly and i knew it and I ran the car very hard from almost 2 miles on the highway. Monday and tuesday are my days off, tomorrow i'll try to take apart the head before noon and see the damage. Hopefully for this wednesday i'll get some news and pics...

Good news!!! just 2 bent valves... due to a mechanical failure of the pinion gear...

I thought about replacing it, but after cleaned all the area and removed the carbon deposits didn't see any cracks also the pistons and rings are 1 year old... Anyways I'm going to use a spray that reveals imperfections on the metal, just to be sure...

I would blend the nicks with emery cloth or a file so there isn't any sharp edges.

^ I second that. Sharp corners beg for carbon deposits, which can lead to detonation if left alone.

What do you mean by mechanical failure of the pinion gear?

I have and adjustable pinion gear on the exhaust cam, the one on the chain side. One of the screws got broken because the pinion wasn't tied enough and some other problems... well, I need to retard the intake cam to decrease overlap because of the 264 profile, thats the only reason why I'll give it one more chance...
