Default Here is a place to buy G-10 phenolic sheet for making spacers

I found this site. http://rogueperformance.com/ThermalSpacers.html

You can get the materials to make spacers here.

The guy that runs the website will make a spacer for you, with a gasket from your car.

You can get the phenolic material in sheets locally. Look in the yellow pages under plastics.
Then you can make your own.

Called a local place today and you can get it in any length and pretty much any thickness for what I'd be using it for.

Just thought I'd let you know.

Just remember, if you go over 5 or 6 mm, you will need longer studs to hold the IM in place, and you might need longer studs/spacers to hold the bottom of the IM brace in place as well. Those of you with clapped out engine mounts MIGHT run into problems with the Idle Air stabalizer smacking into the firewall if you go TOO thick.
