i tried jumping it before i replaced the starter.. and would not start the only way it would start is if i pull started it... *pull behind car/truck and try starting it in gear* it did start then but now i have not tried jumping it.. it is in my garage so kind of hard to do, and my dad has a voltage tester.. everything seems fine on both batterys... think its time to get rid of the tib ... not looking to put a few g's into it just to get it started tongue.gif

Did you test the battery under load or no load with the volt meter :. There is a huge difference smile.gif

1) There run in parallel. If one is dead, their both dead.
2) If you jump with both batteries, the charger is gonna try to fill both (and prolly not supply enough power to the starter)

Try jumping it with just 1 battery and then update us.

I dont know what to tell you. The starter clicking means 1 the starter is not getting enough power or the starter solenoid is bad (the starter solenoid is on the starter).

I'm thinking it's the battery...mine just went dead a couple of days ago and did the same thing.
