Thanks for the help guys. I'm gonna try to just cut the bolt off and see if I can put a new one in there. One with threads the whole length of the bolt. If that doesn't work, my step-dad said to try a riv-nut. We'll see what happens.

Just tack weld a new nut on the bottom of the tray, the first time I removed my battery that bolt broke in half and is still stuck in there.
