yeah.....i wrapped my header in thermo-tech.....makes a big difference, and keeps the exhaust gases hot as they leave the engine which improves the flow

Yeah I'd ceramic coat everything to make it look better but honestly I dont care how it looks. Well okay i'm lying, i do but not as much as id like to keep the money.

and yes it works wonders.

thanks I found it. So about 120 for a header to get jet hot huh.

I wonder if it works better than the heat wrap as far as heat. I know it keeps the heat down but does it cool it so much its almost cool to the touch?

I couldn't tell you for sure as I don't have it. But the ceramic coating will do just as good a job, plus make it look great.

With heat wrap as OP said, you have to be careful how you apply it. If the header is low quality it's been known to crack the headers due to over heating.

I suggest going with Jet Hot.

In the GB post where Chris sent the email he said its usually around 169 then what 30 or 40 % off. I'll email him and find out. thanks redzman
