well i just ordered my haltech E6K, and all the crap ill need (hopefully wink ) anyway, i havent been able to find out wether or not its got anything built in to allow for boost controll.

im thinking that it doesnt but i just wanted to make sure before i go and spend the money on the a'pexi unit. BTW, i guess this means i've got an apexi S-AFC up for sale. smile.gif

 

Yes,

It does have boost control but the solenoid for it is not that great. It's works as good as an inexpensive boost controller but not as nice as a APEXI AVC-R or some of the HKS or Greddy stuff.

What Kind of Pistons do you have for your Turbo set-up?
Wahts the compression ratio!!

 

pistons are the easy part..... im having trouble findind someone to buy the conrods from.

i used the card # from onpol's pistons, so mine are exavtly the same as his.
20 overbore, 8.5:1 stat compression ratio.

i was actually wanting to bump the ratio up to 9:1 but this will work fine for my application.
