Engine, Intake, Exhaust Modifications to your Normally Aspirated Hyundai engine. Cold Air Intakes, Spark Plugs/wires, Cat back Exhaust...etc.

FINALLY finally my pos auto tranz went and im pissed as hell!! its been givin me probs since i got it im seriously thinking of gettin an integra or civic jus for honda reliability ...and i dont think i can even get it swapped to a manual because its a warranty company that is paying for the new tranz soo i would still be stuck with an auto.....

I had the same problem....let them put in another manual since it is warranted and search for the parts to do the swap...at least you know you will have some time to do this now and find a good deal. wink.gif

So after they swap it out with the new tranny do the Manual swap and sell the new Auto tranny.

Stay Hyundai man, stay different.

i wanna do something different then evey1 elese and plus i like the looks of my tib but i cant stand the tranny problem i think im just gonna get another 1 that is a manual or an integra i dono

LOL, I am on my second one and it flakes out every now and then....tachs out and slips when you get on it or between 2nd and 3rd.

Not really sure what happens....it started on my first one with under 20,000 miles on it....I think it is just a design flaw or bad ecu maybe, engine jumps and tranny freaks not knowing what gear to be in and with the old one would idle 2k+ until it calmed down.

my accent tranny was an auto and it went bad so i did a whole powertrain swap. the car only had 100k miles on it at the time. im not too fond of hyundai auto trannies.. my dad's Santa Fe tranny acts up every now and then

well she got towed today .....guy calls me up " yea well its definately ur tranny".........Duhhhhhh :x :x i hope it comes back soo i hate walkn everywheree
