Got New Tps, Didnt Solve Problem
#11
unless your foot is pushing the throttle cable down, it should read 0%, emanage or safc will show that. I'm sure you have pics somewhere here, but where is your maf mounted?before the turbo right? i hope its not directly mounted onto the air filter, that may be the problem. I know people who have seen turbulent air in the maf and have had it lean and die.

check idle speed actuator. It should adjust idle and add air when TB is closed.
Good friggin point mang. You could have a good leak going on over there, or your Idle Air Bypass valve may be screwed.

Have you pulled your plugs and looked at them? Sounds like you may be dumping way too much fuel.
And another thing in regards to the TPS...how are you getting that voltage reading? Is that what the eManage is saying or are you actually checking the TPS with a multimeter? If you're not testing it yourself, I'd give it a shot just to eliminate any problems related directly to the eManage.

Ok if you changed out your TPS you need to A) reset your computer by undoing the hot cable on the battery. B) Check the adjustment screw. If these dont fix it check the sending unit. What that does is tells the sensor how far your throttle is open, It may be closed but the sender is telling it its open 16%. Also you can move your TPS back and forth about 3/16 of an inch either way check to see if its in the right spot. Umm unlikely but possible is the camshaft position sensor...I know I know but if its off a little it could be making the car idle funny and in compensation the TPS may trying to fixing it when there is nothing that IT can really fix...So its actually just making it worse. Check it out and let me know what happend.

Did you calibrate the emanage to the tps sensor, I checked my emanage and at 0% throttle I'm getting .59 volts, the emanage needs to be calibrated for your tps position and if you did'nt do that it could be your poroblem. My car is running fine at idle and I have been having no problems with it and my readings are not to far from your's. It could also be that you don't have your injector correction set properly so your injectors will dump fuel and the your ecu will lean it out over and over again, I had this problem when I tried to run 550cc injectors and the emanage just would not lean it out enough so I went with 360cc and it worked fine.
