if two TPS's are both reading incorrectly, then it has to be a problem with the throttle body.

it should be reading .5 volts when closed

at 16% throdle is 2200 rpm at that is what my avc-r is telling me

I know this is crazy, but maybe it's something with the Emanage or the wiring.

01: did you play with the adjustment screw? Did you reset the computer after installing back the stock TB?

im pretty sure even though the idle adjuster is set differently, when the throttle is closed the TPS should still say 0%. Try cleaning the Throttle, do you have good throttle response.

check idle speed actuator. It should adjust idle and add air when TB is closed.
