Default Exhaust buzz?

So i just got my obx header and 2.5" cat added to my 2.5" cat back exhaust with bomb muffler. Previously, when all I had was the 2.5" piping and muffler, the exhaust was deep and did not buzz. But ever since the addition of the header and hiflow cat, the exhaust buzzes at WOT. I have no resonators or anything. I don't mind that it is super loud, but I would prefer no buzzing. Is there a simple fix, for example finding what ever is rattling? Or is the buzzing at WOT a side effect of free flowing exhausts with no resonators?

Thanks for your help.

maybe intalling a glass pack would help. but it is also somewhat restrictive.

i think i had the same problem you did. I installed my highflow cat (carsound cat) right after the 4-1 headers. This allowed the gases to expand in the cat and create that nasty buzzing. After my cat failed, i gutted it and then it was even louder. So i chopped out the cat and it went away. smile.gif so no i ordered one of those bomz highflow cats off ebay for $50 that don't have the huge chambers but looks more like a glasspack. So you can still keep a cat but keep the performance as well.

i had a couple problems like that one of which was my exhaust looked like it fit right but it was hanging just right so when it vibrated at WOT it was hittin my anti-swaybar in the back.
and also about that glasspack
it depends on which one you get if you get a cherry bomb it's perforated instead of louvered so it basically acts as just a presilencer

I had a little rice sound when I just had: 2.5 exhaust piping, high flow CAT, 4-1 headers and Apex-i N1 exhaust. I added a glasspack from summit racing and no more buzzzzzzzzzzzz sound.
