Yeah, it's solid epoxy. It's not permanent, but a good epoxy will WAY outlast any kind of rubber. Just make sure you use the right kind!

I thought Red had done this, at least one member has. There might not be much of a market for them; do it on an as-requested basis like Onpol and Elantra-tech for their BBTBs and BIMs.
