your right cheuk,... i guess it is a dry kit

Still,... running a 100 shot via a fogger nozzle is not something that should be done

Im already sourcing something for my fuel pressure needs

Ill talk to random,... maybe i can take him and his ODBII for a ride smile.gif

ill keep you posted cheuk

They tested the V6 Tibby in 2nd gear. The Dyno operator/owner offered up 25% drive train loss due to 2nd gear being used, and the automatic.

On my dyno run, they did 2 runs in 4th gear and 2 runs in 3rd gear with no significant HP/Torque change between the 2 runs (less than 3 Hp/Torque difference).

Also the reason they did my auto tragic in 2nd was becasue it would not hit the rev limiter in third. Just a warning do not get the auto V6 tib. Unless your going for show. LOL. The HP was just depressing running stock IMAO. But next mod will be Headers and Cat-back so look forward for DYno figures from that. Later.

Really? I know this is odd but did they speed limint the dyno.
At about 110 or 115 on my auto I hit the 6500 shift mark and it goes to 4th.

How odd.
Still baning my head sad.gif . Oh well this will always be a daily driver.
Im thinking if my brother sells his accent (engine is beat to hell and needs a tranny swap to a 5 speed) of doing that up as a street car.
Would love to find a cheap 1.8 accent and do that MMMMMMMMMMfun.

Cheuk in Seoul:
Actually isn't the Venom kit a Dry kit. Injects nitrous and the sub ECU controls the fuel through the stock fuel injectors. Although it is a very sophiticated one.

Like I said the Venom kit has an additional limitation... the duty cycle of the injectors. Someone should get an OBD II reader on the car when the Venom kit is active. I wonder when the venom ECU cuts off the nitrous?... 80% duty cycle... which severely limits power output or if it lets it go higher... risking inaccurate flow rates.

This is a case where using a slightly higher fuel pressure would be beneficial. Run with the higher pressure daily... have the OBDII adapt to lower duty cycles. Then when you use the Venom, you have a little more "headroom" with the injector duty cycles for extra power. Just a suggestion. smile.gif
Not only that, you can "tune" it using the OBD-II software on a PDA or laptop. Im seriously thinking about the Venom kit for IDRA Drags (Battle of the Imports) since they are the offical nitrous kit for the series and you can't win money with the other kits on the market.

Two kits for three different series..lol Oh well
