I posted this on HP.Com and I know not everyone here reads there.. and vice versa.. so I am posting this here as well.
I brought this topic up on the Spider forum I am on and a couple of the guys found these couple of sites for your perusal.. very frightening when you look at all the gunk that guy pulled out of the coolant on his Jag.. just imagine what is floating around your radiator!

Any auto parts store should be able to set you up with one, if I'm not mistaken the base of the coolant filter is the same set up as the hydrulic filter, and they are even more common.

The part # of the filter I used on the truck I drove is WFR82051 by fleetrite, anybody can interchange that # to the # that would be used in the store you purchase from.

I might have to do this too....question though, if you put a "T" valve in there for a flush couldn't you just get some of that mesh filter and put it in the "T"?
