Those figures came right off of HMAservice
well i duno what motor you are looking at, cuz those figures are dead wrong.
try the oil trick as stated, cuz that 150psi seems really low like i said before..
the rod wont affect the pressure, they are just stronger and bigger, but same length. maybe the rods were made to short? or the rings aren't seated..

I don't understand why you would need to hold the throttle open for a compression test? You have to for a leak down to help you determine where (if any) you are leaking from.
How long has the motor been run? what did you do for the breakin period? If all the numbers are close like that, then I honestly wouldn't really worry about it since they are all consistent.

if you want to compres air you have to let it come in,reason why you need to open the throttle
usually most beta i came across had in the area of 210-225 (stock) when in shape
in your case all 4 cylinders reads the same, so nothing seams bad leak wise (rings, valves, gasket)
if the ring are seated in then maybee the cam timing changed a bit (shaved head, decked block, new cam gear)

According to the shop, Engine Labs, they did a leak down test, and found I had only 4% leak, compared to the average 10-11%. So im assuming 150lbs of pressure for my motor must mean I can run a lot of boost, but have no low end power?
The motor only has 14 Miles on it.
