Just one question... did you do any search at all? It's not that people won't want to help you, but this specific issue has been extensively covered not only in this forum but in every other Hyundai Forum ever.
Quick answers, you can add piggy backs for fuel, ignition can only be retarded for F/I applications with ignition devices; if you want to know more about it, I honestly (and friendly) suggest you search first, and then ask more specific questions and you will see all the help you can get from this site, people is very nice and knows a lot.
