Cheuk, i was speaking in term of radiator,crossmember clearance...i was looking at the work involved to make a tubular manifold and make it last more then a season and your manifold is the best alternative if it does fit the engien compartement

Denis,

The Ballistic Racing tubular manifold goes for $280 + shipping. It's polished stainless steel so it will last more than one season. It also comes with a flange/port for an external wastegate .

WEll, cast iron is very stable too at high and low temp, any durability problems Cheuk?
Stainless does sound very nice too got a pic of that one?
how is the turbo mounted on each manifolds?(orientation),on wich side is the exaust ?
right now i'm looking at viable options for a near future upgrade...

I've never seen one of the cast manifolds fail... If you look at the pictures or ask any of the guys who maybe using one Stateside... they will tell you it is one tough manifold.

I have seen a couple of 2.0 Accents using the manifold, but I can't remember if they had to move things around for clearance. You maybe limited in terms of size of the turbo. Right now the the Tibby's the largest turbo that will fit is a T3/4 hybrid. I will have to ask about clearance problems with the accents.
