capa twin throttle kit
i saw it long time ago but never payed any attenction to it, it looks like a really good deal...38%more torq at 3krpm for 600 bucks.
would i need to upgrade any parts of my engine like Injectors since there is serious increase in incoming air?
would i be ok if i left everything stock?
it will fit 1.6 twin cam too right?

I hate to down this party, but i beleive that sensor in the middle of the IM is a MAP sensor. And no MAF in that picture. So it probably would only work on MAP based only unless you can get a new ecu(read: only NON-US cars unless heavy modification).
The same problem arises with the quad-throttle bodie IM's, it's a PITA to get working on MAF car's.

You can add a 2nd MAF sensor if you are good with wiring and can go purchase an S-AFC to do the work.
The S-AFC has an option mode which will allow you to take two MAF inputs and send the total voltage through one line, or the average of the two through one line. I'm not sure why you'd ever use the "average" function but whatever.
