Switch Over Sugestion
I currently have as my sig says an Injen Ram Air intake. Now including the below mods for those of you who dont know I am installing a 1.8L intake cam, BBTB, and AirRam IM this weekend. Now my question is with the Mods that I will have will I see any increase in HP if I decided to swap out my Injen intake for an AEM Cold Air intake (not the short one)? I would also definatly have the bypas valve with the AEM if that would make a difference. Post your thoughts here and vote in the poll!

Re: BUGS!!!
Problem with the Injen (I just sent one to my brother in law, LONG story), is it's got too many bends. Not TOO many, but more than the AEM, and more complex bends. That means the incoming air slows down more and such.
Also, the Injen, from what I could see, just puts the filter below your Battery Tray.
WARM AIR INTAKE.

Re: Switch Over Sugestion
So by that response I am assuming it would definatly be to my advantage to swap the Injen for an AEM. Well that will definatly go on the list of things to buy however the EiBach Prosystem+ (dampners, springs, Anti-Roll Kit) is definatly getting bought first

Re: CAI
for sure go for the AEM without the bypass valve.
you will like it, trust us. and again, just don't drive through anywater that is above the bottom of your car and you will be fine.
