Default Blue Plug Wires...

Ok, I've done some research on here and know, for a fact, Magnecor wires are the best. I almost bought a set until I saw that they only come in RED.

I need blue wires.

Who makes the best blue wires, and where can I get them?

OR...

Does anyone have an idea for the Magnecor wires to be ... blueified?

help

So the NGK's are good?

I read RED's statement about the plugs, so I know they are good.

How muchie? I can't really look right now.

EDIT: BTW, I also need to know if they fit under the wire cover. Thanks!

NGK are goos wires, they use a spiral core construction, have better insulation then most OEM wire set,and have a bit less internal resistance then stock wires,i think they're less expensive then OEM wires too (depends on your autopart)
yes they will fit under the spark plug wire cover
they are light-medium blue

Blacktibs said he got them for between $60 and $65. They look thin enough to fit under the stock spark plug cover, but he didn't have his on at the time.

Magnecor do have blue wires - coz I have some!

The 8.5mm come in read and the 8mm come in blue. A standard car doesn't really need the 8.5mm wires - here is what the guy from magnecor told me in reply to my email -

"Q: I have a Hyundai Coupe which wire would you recommend, the 8.5mm or 8mm?

A: I recommend the 8mm set (PART NO. 40265) - the price is £46.58 plus postage (cost dependant on weight) plus VAT. The KV85 Competition lead set (PART NO. 45265) is £53.76 plus postage & VAT.

Q: Just as a matter of interest why would the 8mm wires be better than the KV85?

A: I have recommended the 8mm lead set because the KV85 set would be an overkill specification wise. KV85 is the our best and most expensive cable, although you do not really need this on your vehicle. The 8mm lead set we do is much better quality than the manufacturer's set and can easily cope with the demands of your ignition system and engine bay environment. "

Wow, thanks alot Xorro.

Where can I get some of those?

Hmm... I'll have to look around a bit. The part #'s should be the same though. Great, thanks!

5 Stars!
