bout time i got the camera, and some sleep here ya go a pretty good picture

from under the car. crank - coolant - alt

sorry for the bdl post but, no edit button, but please someone tell me from the picture is that coolant pulley on backwards i think it is but i need someone to look at thiers notice the big edge is on the inside of mine and the flat side is up next to the other pulley going to power steairng. if that is wrong i might have found my problem

ok any help to a non mechanically inclined person as to little tricks or just plain how the crap do you get to those bolts holding on the coolant pump pulley?

i didnt know you could even put it on backwards.

if its tight, it shouldn't move at all.

ok i fixed it, yes you can put it on backwards but you have to be a complete f-in idiot, thats why i'll never go back to this guy. however if you put it on backwards the belts wont align right and chew up belts in just enough time for the unsuspecting person you did it to to find you on vacation. took me all this morning(8-11) to get one off(bolt) then dad helped me get the rest and back on from 5-8 pm this afternoon now i have to to work at 9:30 and work till 7:00 0in the morning i bet i am am going to be in one pissy moon all night

now she drives again

I'm glad you got it figured out. I just wish I could get my AC belt to stop squealing. 3 AC compressors and 4 belts later, still squeals. Oh well. Good for you though fing02.gif fing02.gif

hey its cool mad , i knew if anyone would wanna help it would be you abou this prob. your pretty cool. yeah at 8:00 this morning i was laying on my back under my car just looking at that damn belt and it hit me like a ton of bricks, then i came in real quick and luckly mad-john was in that chat and he confermed it. thx both the rd mad-people hehe smile.gif
