well i have my airram,bbtb and bbtb gasket, the gasket bore is too small, what would be the best way to make it bigger? needs to be by a couple mm's all around

Not sure about the RD2, but the RD1 used a sorta hard plastic gasket. I just used a dremel and removed the extra material while matching the IM port.

If it's a paper/cork gasket you can buy sheets of gasket material from most auto parts stores and cut one out.

You could cut the OEM one a bit bigger using the BBTB as a template, OR, you could buy some new gasket material at autozone or elsewhere and just draw you a template using the BBTB.

do what faith said to do and then,coat it in siclicone that way it wont leak and degrade over time..that is just extra insurance fing02.gif

well after about 1/2 hour -hour. i took some sharp sizzors and a razor and bored it out. matches up perfectly to the airram smile.gif

not to get too off topic, i'm getting a custom 70mm TB made for an RD and i'm going to be using the AIRRAM manifold....but i need to know if the airram manifold is the same bolt pattern as the OEM. ok would i be able to put a stock TB on an airram manifold?

Start your own thread next time mang.

The OEM bolt pattern and the Airram are identical.

What ISN"T identical is the size.

The Airram is at 68MM, so you'll need to bore just a bit off of the inside flange.
