The flanges are different. The RD1's had a 2 bolt and the RD2's had a 3 bolt cat. They have made two exhausts. The RD1 exhaust goes over the axle and has the 2 bolt flange. The RD2 (I will be getting one when they come in) goes UNDER the axle like the apexi one and has a 3 bolt flange.

ok i thought one design would be over axle..... im in need of a 2.5" exhaust so ill get one when theese are on sale for the rd2....

by the way, let us know of the quality and sound when you get it on! if sales are going well at nt.com than i'm curious what's in stock for our rd's.

They have both the RD1 and RD2 versions on sale!

I'll post pics when I get it installed.... may be a few weeks yet even though it's already sitting at home laugh.gif

Not quite correct. To my knowledge the 3-bolt flange only appeared late in the production run of the 2001 models. I have a 2000 Tib and just installed my Motoria system yesterday and my car has a two bolt flange.
