How good are these exhaust systems? Are they more noise than performance?

They probably perform as well as any typical catback. I was pretty happy with the gains even from the el-cheapo SSA catback we put on the Tib.

Apexi N1 held up well on my MR2 I use to own sounded pretty good in my opinion and seemed to be made well. Plus a lot of people like them on most of the cars they make them for. So if they made one for the 01 tibs I would pick one up myself.
