Don't forget the rubber/silicone
connectors.

Why, are you creating a cold air intake? I highly recommend a Random special. It consists of 2 1/2" exhaust flex-pipe wraped in heat wrap. It has no sharp bends, it's easy to work with, with the the heat wrap it keeps the cold air colder than a normal cold air, and it is really cheap and easy to get. I got mine at Discount Auto Parts for about $8.00 for the pipe and $20.00 for the heat wrap. I recommend the heat wrap for any CAI that you do though. Cold air stays in and the hot air stays out. Hope this helps. Later

ive seen randoms cai and i don't like the idea of using exhaust flex-pipe. plus all i need is a very small section of 2.75" piping, maybe less than 8 inches and straight.

The problem is finding 2.75" piping. I've called over 25 exhaust shops. None carry 2.75" piping. They all carry 2.5" and 3", but not 2.75

I have YET to find 2.75" tubing ANYWHERE....

http://shop.store.yahoo.com/ecomplastics/index.html <----sells clear plastic piping in 2.75 in, a clear plastic intake would be cool, and heat effective

I would prefer metal tubing for my intake, not plastic.

I don't know if this is a U.S.A. thing or not but it is easy to get 2.75 pipe. I have a 2.75 exhaust on my Camaro. Full dual everything. I'm pretty sure any exhaust shop will have some.

If not let me know how much you need, I'll find out a price if possible. Shipping price would probably be more than the cost of the pipe!

please see what you can do for a price ... all i need is about 1 foot of 2.75" pipe.

i have found some 2.75" piping but they will only sell it in 4' sections so that's out.
