Well, you've actually found the video i made of MY engine 
So to answer your question, yes its the exact same sound 
Indeed its embarrassing, I've had people telling me to put oil in the engine etc making me look stupid.
Please get back to me with your results
Ive run an engine flush, changed the oil and filter to an OEM one, checked the HLA's and oil pressure and all is good except for the freaking sound
