well..
i recommend you buy a new bearing..
Its not necessary.. but it could be why your clutch is squeeking.
Its one of those things that is cheap enough for you to switch. The last thing you want is a messed up bearing... You would have to pull the WHOLE tranny apart just for a ghey 40 part.
You would also need the pressure plate.

thanks dweet i appreciate the offer...
but i'm getting new brakes tommorow (about 500 bucks CDN) and this morning i had to pay the first half of my tuition (2700 CDN) and that leaves exactly 32 bucks for the beer store so i can drink away my troubles.. i guess if the clutch goes in the next 3 months my ass is taking the bus everywhere...
i'll put up a WTB as soon as i got the cash for it
