So I went to home depot and asked for an air/water or oil/water separator (to use as a catch can), and they seemed to have no clue what I was talking about. Where am I supposed to be able to find one of these? Or at least what department in HD could I look? I'm not really sure if this counts as a tool or a replacement part of other specialty item, so I'm sorta lost as to where to find it.

go to advance auto or you favorite local auto store and ask for vacuum tubing that fits the PCV valve, its cheap. The Air water valve should have labeled ports, you want to set it up so that flow is FROM your valve cover and pcv valve TO your intake. Also, make sure you take out any filter element in the Air Water valve, they are not designed for hot oil and can melt.

^^ Good thought on the filter, I'll have to look at that. I bought the one in the first link in RedZ's post. I'll have to see how easy it is to take apart.
My PCV to intake is clean, it's the breather valve that has all the oil. I'm assuming it's still flowing from the head to the intake tubing, but it doesn't seem to make much sense... Any confirmation on which way the air is flowing?

It should always be flowing from the head (valve cover) to the intake. That's what the PCV valve does- makes it a one-way flow only.

Yeah, I know that for the PCV valve, I'm talking about the one to the right of it (towards the driver's side). I believe that's called the breather valve, and connects to the intake piping just before the throttle body, whereas the PCV connect to the IM just after the throttle body.
I'm curious which way the breather valve flows. According to what I though, and what seemed to make sense, it should be flowing from the intake to the breather to the head to the PCV and back to the IM. The lower pressure in the IM (after TB) would draw the air from the higher pressure (breather, before the TB) and flow that way. But I have all kinds of junk in my breather, and I didn't think much inside my PCV. I should check the PCV though too, maybe I need a 2nd one.

I have the same problem as well, i had oil in my intake.
Heres the flow chart and you are correct strike eagle,
air intake > valve cover > out the PCV valve > intake manifold
Im going to try cleaning my PCV valve via DTN's DIY as well to see if that makes a difference.
