Default Air 'twisters'?!?

What's happenin'?
I was on here earlier and read that someone had installed a tornado air twister, or something that sounded like that anyway.
I've seen the infomercials on tv for the tornado that is supposed to supply more air to your engine by making it flow more efficiently. Does any body know what I'm talking about? If so, can you tell me how well they work and where I might be able to pick some up.

thanks.
