That's true tanc, but flow is still important, even in a pressurized system. It's just not as noticeably important.

Yes it is true, that why very well built manifolds come with velocity stacks.

How do highly boosted guys run more vacuum lines to lets say the BOV, or add a MAP sensor? get stocker custom drilled/welded brackets? Especially with the dual fuel rail, just weld on bracket and drill holes?

Either they use vacuum T's or get a Vacuum Manifold. Some of the Vacuum manifolds out there are pretty damned nice, I just bought one.

Do a search, we've posted several.

Within the next year I hope to.

Already getting parts together.

I have a really nice Maintec Type 1 Turbo Manifold sitting here, a full pillar replacement with 3 pods, 3 gauges, a few other things, and some nice stuff on the car already like the FAL 220's.

WTF? I love ya man, but seriously, this is off topic. PM or IM me, but we have to cut this OT stuff out.

Next time is a warning, warnings are going to be going around like candy over the next few days.

For a secondary fuel setup you would add a spacer plate. There are not many vacuum nipples on the STOCK IM so using a T as red z mentioned works.

right, but the 90s still don't make for good air flow. do they? same thing could be done with 2 45s instead of 2 90s

I'm not sure what your referring to by the 90's? The angle of the runners?

The only reason they are on an angle is because of space. N.A needs long runners, there is no room for straight long runners smile.gif

maybe not room for 45 degree angles, but the runners could be shifted and the plenum could be made slightly smaller to help both causes out..
