Air Ram Design?

I'm not a airflow master designer or anything, but wouldnt it make more sense to have the air pulled from the direction it needs to be pulled from instead of pulling from just the plenum? If we're talking about redesigning the airram howabout putting more directed, shorter runners on it and having the plenum take up part of the runner's area?
I suck at paint and i know it, i wish i had mad tyte paint skillz like that guy REDZMAN posted about today.
also, there's some room behind the air ram's plenum which could be used to our advantage, it could be made wider.

^^ chill.. REDZMAN has multiple connections from many manufacturers. I'm sure he's had a few check out this thread and they're probly working up numbers right now.
not to mention the guy who knows a guy is already doing something with that highly classified information.

It will shed some light on your questions.
Turbo = air forced, the flow of the plenum to each runner is not as significant as in N.A applications.

DTN = N/A
so you're saying that the unique shape of the air ram forces air down the tubes by sound pressure or is that some nifty info you put out there?

I think it's just nifty info, seems that the greatest benifit of the airram is just better overall flow from all I've seen about it

There are plenty of threads regarding Air ram, how it works, why it works, and why it's better than stock. SEARCH.
Read the links, inform yourself than look at your drawing again.

I actually thought about getting one from that site, but the custom slope plays to my advantage and they had no plenum like that.
Since I'm going to be running a 5th injector, it helping feed the air to all cylinders equally will hopefully in turn help my fuel go evenly to all cylinders... which is the biggest problem IMO with a 5th injector setup.

^^ I have and that's why i suggested that design, if there's a reason why you'd think it would not work, please let me know. Of course the plenum would be wider on the sides and my artwork sucks. REDZMAN is talking about changes to the dimensions already, i've heard turbo guys talking about shortening the runners. If the runners get shortened, then the best thing to do would be angle the direction of pull so it's not a 90 degree turn anymore, for both N/A and Turbo.
