Uhm...

I knew you had a GK when I saw your name.

This is RDTiburon.com , we deal with the RD not GK. You are welcome to stick around and talk but most of us don't have GK's or do anything with them.

RD = Riding Delight

RD = 1997-2001 4 Cylinder Tiburon.

On the subject of adjustable cam sprockets, has anyone tried the KSpec ones for the Beta?

If they work well, it would be a lot cheaper to just buy an intake and exhaust sprocket than purchase a new pair of cams. The only thing is that I thought I read someplace that it is really difficult to tune cam sprockets on a Beta due to the way the engine is built. Anyone have any experience with this?

well.. with the stock cams and stock style cams.. it is all but impossoble to tune them seperatly. Unlike, say, the Miata 1.8. The cams in the beta are CHAINED together under the cam cover. The Cam belt only drives the exhaust cam.. and at the flywheel side of the engine, runs the chain that powers the intake cam. An adustable cam sporket might be worthwile for adjusting the cams though.. but there is no easy way to adjust them individually.
