OK.......I just received my header. I measured the openings and none of them measure out to be 2.5".

the piping measures out to be 55mm and 53 mm and on the main piece it is 56mm.

I have already ordered the 2.5" cat. It seems that a lot of people have received the wrong size. What should I do about this?

I just measured my header and I am looking at between 2" and 2-1/8" Is something being done or should I install this header? Is it going to affect performance?

I'm still going to do install. Set for Saturday. Where does the 2 O2 sensor need to be place at? Between which parts?

i just got my headers today, and I measured them too, and they're definetly not 2.5" anywhere.
I have mabye 2.25 on the main peice and about 2 at the end.

I also ordered a 2.5" cat, so does this **** things up? Are these for the 2.0L tibbies or 1.8L?

jokes, thankx fast shark for the awesome pics. I think that we have the right set of headers. this is why

1. I ordered a speedstate exhaust 2.25" diameter, actually measures 2 and some change
2. 4-1 headers, actually measurs 2.25(little less)

so i'm assuming that both companies can't be wrong, and that we're measuring the inside when we should be measuring the outside. I know this sounds silly, but can anyone back me up? or can sam measure the inside of the 4-1 header and post his result. Cause they look identical to the ones on the website, but its also possible that we've gotten accent headers or 1.8L headers or hell mabye even *gasp*honda headers wink.gif
