So, ive only heard bad things about buying from KSPEC or SFR or SR. I personally had a problem with KSPEC.

Bottom line, i need a new timing belt kit, the norm price from the above importers is around $200

including ALL new belts, water pump assem, and etc.

I was wondering if anyone knew where to get the ENTIRE kit such as on KSPEC?

I also heard the dealership is a good place, how much is just the kit from them?

They expect $475 for the parts and install, i am not willing to pay that and i also know a cert. mechanic who can do it with his eyes closed
i just need the parts from a reliable source and best price

Thanks guys

check rockauto.com

gates part#TCK284-3 Components (1 timing Belt, 1 Tensioner, 1 Idler) 42.00 bucks

bosch part# 96152-1 (water pump) 53.00 {you got have to neccessary change the pump, but it is recommend}

FEL-PRO-1 (water pump gasket) 1.65

you can get the power steering belt, water pump belt, and A/C belt from you local part store for about 35 bucks

so that is 135 for parts now you just got to find a shop if you are uncomfortable to do it...

dealership is a good place, but you're going to get rap on price for parts as well as labor

The price your dealer gave you is replacing your waterpump also, if it's not leaking, you don't need to replace it. A full timing belt service from the dealer should be about $250 total.

I think I'm going to do mine myself, and RockAuto.com is the place to go.

i got a friend at o'reillys and i just bought a timing belt kit for like 50bucks and the new front seal is only 5dollars at the dealership. i'm gonna pay someone else to do it cause its a pain in the ass but hes only charging 150

AND ACTUALLY THE DEALERSHIP DOESNT RECOMMENT REPLACING WATER PUMP TILL 120K. I TALKED TO 3 DIFFRENT SERVICE PEOPLE AND ALL OF THEM SAY DONT MESS WITH IT TILL 120K UNLESS ITS LEAKING.
