1 piece 4-2-1 headers bolt up 2 factory exhaust!
my car has 2 cats... one weleded vertical on teh exhaust manifold... and one after the flex pipe... the 4-2-1 headers bolted right up 2 the flange before the 2nd cat... i couldnt beleive it... im stillg getting the whole exhaust replaced but i though this was interesting
also 2 install 1 pice headers u have 2
unbolt the top bolt on the alternator and take off the bottom nut and swing the alternator towards the engine
than u have 2 remove the passenger side fan
and upper radiator hose
than all u have 2 do is unbolt the radiator and pull it up outta the way and slide the headers in from the bottom
this is on an automatic tib with a solid tranny cooler line that was getting in the way

Funny thing is i ordered a SR 421 header for my '97 Tib 5-speed and when i installed it, the car only had 1 cat (after flex). No close coupled cat on this one (maybe 'cause it was a 1.8l?). I ended up replacing the cat with a carsound hi-flow unit anyways so it really didn't make a difference.

for what it's worth, and shadohh doesn't believe me, i only have the close coupled cat. i have no second cat. in the owner's manual, it says the second cat is for california cars only. don't ask me.
