Wow REDZ!
Congrats on this, really helpful, cristal clear, and easy to copy paste!
(Don't you hate when you find something like this and all the pics have nonsense names you have to change AND ORDER so you can store/find them eaily?)
These pictures are even numbered in the correct order. 8O

but since it was bumped anyway, if you do your bypass and then turbocharge your tib you can use the TB coolant lines as a supply if you have a water cooled turbo. I didnt do the bypass until i boosted, and i havent had any problems with freezing butterfly syndrome. and i live in CNY and WNY = c-c-cold

about how cold till you should have it connected? once the temps outside reach freezing.. or just before it

and pardon the dumbness, but by freezing shut, im guessing you mean that when you press the throttle nothing happens?

and is it still benifical to do on a stock TB? or is the restriction so minimal it aint worth the effort

Don't know the answers to your first 2 questions, but the 3rd is yes, it's benifical to do to a OEM TB. I had mine done in Kansas, and it regularly got below 0 degrees there, no problems.

You mention that the Rside TB doesn't have nipples for the coolant hoses.

Since I live up here in Canada, can you recommend a good brand that can still be connected to the coolant lines? I'm sure you know that 5 months of the year are winter up here. tongue.gif
