Damn, I just noticed that mine's cracked too, looks like I'll be heading down to the dealer pretty soon.

 

I've already had mine replaced because of a crack. That was like 2 years ago.

 

my letter stated that if it was already replaced before the recall, that you can be reimbursed if you have the original repair reciepts.

 

Can I get mine replaced if Im not the original owner?

 

Im not sure. I know mine was sent to me for the black tib, and Im not the original owner of it, but I did buy it from a Hyundai Dealer so they have me on record I guess.

 

I never got a letter, but a recall should cover all owners. I might take it in when I get some free time...
