Sorry to hear about your disaster. Something similar happened to my family and I back in 94' when we drove down to Florida. We went to this Inn and the room smelled bad, and looked like it had diseases lol. It wasnt nearly as bad as yours but it was an experience.

I think the letter you wrote is great but its doubtful youll hear from them, which sucks. I hope next time you dont have to go through something like this again.

Sounds like you booked a room at the horror hotel... that's simply disgusting, but im glad you and your family were able to get everything in order and enjoy the show.

That place makes my bedroom look like a "clean room" (a room with NO dust or bacteria whatsoever).

Anyway I think you did the right thing, hopefully Travelodge does something about it too.
It waste you your time and sleep.

Well, remember guys, this wasn't my first email. I emailed them a few days ago asking where to send a complaint. This is the reply I got.

Its a good thing they decided to give you your money back or else there would have been more blood stains on the wall huh redz?

What would you do if they offered a free weekend at one of their other travellodges gratis for compensation for your bad experiance?

Ehh, I'd sell it on here probably. Nah, I'd take it, go somewhere for a weekend maybe.

What gets me is Silent Secret stayed in one that night, other side of town, and it was almost as nice as our Holliday Inn room.

Hah. It wasn't.

What happened is I just shot a quick email with no info as a reply to my registration email.

They sent one back saying they were forwarding my email to their customer service area.

I got that email posted above the next day. They asked for all that info, to include my name, because I hadn't given it.

If you look, they also stated that the hotel was a independent franchise.
