I'm going to the hospital in the morning, as for the repair shop, law states that I can go wherever I want to get it fixed.

See, you guys are all lucky. In Ontario, if an accident occurs in a parking lot, its considered private property and no one is at fault. Thats why I always park in the back of the lot, and rarely drive close to other cars. I avoid them at all costs.
